Welcome to the IMAGINE website of Michal Cohen Malchi, developer of the IMAGINE therapeutic method, which was born out of three decades of photography, phototherapy, and in-depth work with Human emotion.

The site is intended for therapists, group facilitators, coaches, educators, and anyone who leads emotional processes and seeks to expand their professional toolbox by working with images and moving between therapeutic layers.

The IMAGINE method allows gentle and precise entry into the patient's emotional world, combining intuition, thought and emotion.

This privacy policy is intended to explain in a simple, clear and transparent manner how information is collected on the website, in what circumstances it is disclosed, how it is stored, to whom it may be transferred when necessary, and how we protect it. All actions are performed in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, to the law. .

This website (hereinafter: "The website") is operated and managed by Michal Malchi Cohen (hereinafter: "Michal / Website owner"). 
By using this website, contacting us, or purchasing one of the IMAGINE systems, you agree to this policy.

• WhatsApp services  The website includes a direct link icon to Michal's WhatsApp Business account. Contacting her through this channel constitutes use of an external application, and the information provided is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
• Email services – Enquiries received through the website are forwarded to Michal's email address, and the use of email is subject to the policies of email service providers.
• Platform - MORNING The website is built and operated on the MORNING system. Upon purchase, the order and payment details are transferred to the system and to the clearing providers for the sole purpose of processing the transaction and in accordance with the platform's policy.
• WordPress servers-The website is hosted on WordPress, and the technical information required to operate the website is stored on the server solely for the purpose of operating the website.
• Overseas distributors- When distributing IMAGINE kits abroad, information will be provided to the relevant parties to enable them to perform their duties in marketing the product.
• delivery company– Receive name, address and telephone number for the purpose of delivering assessments to the customer.
• Michal operates a business page on Google My Business to receive inquiries and reviews. The information provided is at the customer's discretion. Reviews posted on the page are public and the responsibility of the writer. Information stored through Google is subject to Google's privacy policy.

There is no option to join the list on the website, and this will remain the case in the future.

All such information is considered personal information under the Privacy Protection Act and is treated with the utmost sensitivity and in accordance with the law.

Photos, emotional descriptions, shares relating to treatment processes, content derived from observing a photo, or any information that enables the identification of a person are considered personal information and sometimes even sensitive information.

 Michal undertakes not to use this information beyond the professional purpose for which it was provided, and it will not be transferred to any other party without consent or legal obligation.

Any information that users choose to share during the purchase of kits, participation in training courses, or contact with Michal via the website or digital channels is stored and handled professionally, discreetly, and in accordance with the principles of treatment, privacy protection, and the rules of ethics required by law.

Transfer of information outside Israel

For the purposes of marketing, international distribution and sale of IMAGINE kits to therapists abroad, information necessary to perform these activities may be transferred to business partners or authorised distributors operating outside Israel.
