The business develops unique tools from the world of phototherapy, combining images and slides to create deep therapeutic and personal processes. On the website, you can purchase card and slide kits (Imagine Classic / Imagine Together kit) as well as register for workshops or training sessions as they are offered (“Workshops for therapists, educators, and group facilitators – introduction to the IMAGINE method).

1.  Site usage

  • Browsing the website is permitted for all ages. Purchases are for individuals aged 18 and over.
  • The terms and conditions constitute a binding contract between you and the business. Browsing the website or making a purchase on it constitutes agreement to these terms.

2.  Intellectual property Copyright

  • All copyright and intellectual property rights on the site, including The original photographs, the slide designs, their unique combination, the therapeutic method presented, texts, logos and website code, are the exclusive property of Michal Cohen Malthi.
  • Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or make commercial use of the products or any part thereof (including scanning of cards or slides) without express prior written permission.
  • The use of the kits is intended for clinic work, group facilitation, and personal use. Purchasing the kit does not constitute permission to copy the concept to create a similar product..

3.  Website Liability and Disclaimer

  • The content and products on the site are offered as aids and do not constitute a substitute for individual professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. "The product is a disposable item and does not constitute medical or therapeutic advice."
  • The business shall not be liable for any damage (direct or indirect) caused to the user or a third party (including assessment purchasers’ patients) as a result of using the products. Use of the kit is at the sole discretion of the therapist/user.
  • There may be slight colour variations between the product photo on the website and the physical product, due to display variations on different screens.

4. Purchase, Supply and deliveries

  • Prices on the website include VAT (unless otherwise stated)
  • Delivery policy: Home delivery: 7 working days
    • Self-collection: From address: Sdei Street, Moshav Ein Iron, by prior arrangement.

The business is not responsible for delays by the courier company or Israel Post, but will do its best to assist in resolving issues.

5.  Cancellations and Returns (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law)

  • A product purchase can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.
  • Important: Products that have been removed from their original packaging or used (particularly slides that are prone to scratching/soiling) cannot be returned due to product protection reasons.
  • Cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).
  • In the event of a faulty product (e.g. a scratched slide upon arrival): the business will arrange for the product to be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Privacy Policy and Mailing

  • By leaving your details on the website, you agree to receive marketing content and updates (you can unsubscribe at any time with the click of a button).
  • The website will not transfer customer details to any third party, except for the purpose of completing the purchase (clearing and shipping company).

7. Jurisdiction

  • The laws of the State of Israel shall apply to these regulations. The sole jurisdiction shall be the courts in the Sharon district.

8. Registration for workshops, training and learning processes

A. General and Registration

  • The business periodically offers in-person workshops, Zoom training sessions, or digital courses (hereinafter: workshops for seniors, workshops for therapists and educators, experiential workshops).
  • Registration for workshops is conditional on completing the full details on the website and paying the participation fees in advance. The participant's place will only be reserved after final payment confirmation is received.
  • The number of places in the workshops is limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

B. Workshop Cancellation Policy (in-person or live online)

  • Cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act: Cancellation is possible within 14 days of the transaction, provided that the cancellation is made at least 7 business days prior to the workshop date. In this case, a refund will be given, less a cancellation fee amounting to 5% of the workshop price or NIS 100 (whichever is lower).
  • Cancellation outside of the statutory period (less than 7 working days before the date):
    • If cancelled less than [48 hours] before the workshop, no refund or credit will be issued due to the business's commitment to venue/equipment/refreshments and the reservation of a spot for another participant.
    • The business may, at its sole discretion, allow a participant who has cancelled to transfer their right to participate to another person on their behalf, provided that prior notification has been received.

c. Digital courses and recorded content

  • When purchasing a service delivered as digital content (live stream/download)), , The transaction cannot be cancelled From the moment access details for content have been sent, or from the moment the user opens the viewing link, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act concerning goods that can be copied or duplicated.

 D. Changes and cancellations by the business

  • The workshop is conditional on a minimum number of participants. The business reserves the right to postpone or cancel a workshop if not enough participants have registered. In such a case, the participant will be given the choice between transferring to an alternative date or receiving a full refund.
  • In the event of force majeure (war, pandemic, lockdown, extreme weather conditions), the business reserves the right to move the workshop to an online format (Zoom) or postpone it to a later date, and this will not constitute grounds for a refund.

h. Intellectual property in workshops

  • The learning materials, presentations, guides, and methods presented in the workshop are the intellectual property of the business. Recording, photographing, or distributing the workshop content without explicit written permission is prohibited. The information provided is for the personal and professional use of the participants only.
